Personal Fitness Trainer in Stockholm
and First-Year Physiotherapy Student
Hi! I’m Claire, a certified Personal Fitness Trainer with international credentials from IST-Studieninstitut in Düsseldorf, Germany and Active Sweden in Stockholm. I’m currently based in Stockholm, where I help clients achieve their goals through functional, personalized training. Since 2020, I've coached about 100 people which represents nearly 3 000 hours of Personal Training.
My passion for sports began early and never faded. I’ve always loved ball sports — especially basketball, which taught me endurance, coordination, explosiveness, and discipline. To elevate my game, I started strength training at the gym — and that’s where I discovered a whole new level of physical development.

Through this journey, I fell in love with Functional Training — a method that improves your everyday movement by focusing on real-life motions: push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, and carry. These movements are the foundation of my coaching style, and I integrate them into every personal training session to help my clients move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals faster.

In order to build muscles, you need to create micro damages in the fibers. It occurs when you work out consistently and harder each time. The body will repair the fibers by fusing them which increases their size and length.

Lose some weight in order to reach your ideal weight. Let’s set a realistic, measurable and time-bound goal to avoid the famous yo-yo effect. We will set a SMART goal together so that you get into your ideal weight and stabilize it.
REDUCE FAT

Your core is very important! It stabilizes your body and helps you have a correct posture. By strengthening your core, you can say goodbye to your back pain!
STRENGTHEN CORE

Learn and practice some relaxation techniques (PMR, Autogene Training) in order to manage your stress and get a more balanced life.
